Unfortunately for me, 'cause i couldn't attended many of these training's sessions before and a head. But, what i really think is, this is cool. As the servant in the God's field, i & every Christian Leader must know all about this thing, so that we can be equiped. It's not just building the knowledge, even basic or advance knowledge, but also it's all about how we have to practice to build the effective leadership team. After this session, i've felt more confirmed and solid, that to build the effective leadership team is not about building our skill, experience, intelligent or how to become more powerful or anointed so that we can make people more depend on us as the leader; Absolutely No..! But, it's all about how we build the heart's attitude (Good & Godly) to respect others in our team and about how we build the one accord's in heart, head (mind), hands and habits to move forward together dynamicly. I think is by the grace of GOD, all we can (must be) build the strong team for the glory of Our Father's Kingdom. Thank you Pak Tomatala. Be Bless! Terimakasih pak untuk selalu menolong kami di lapangan tugas. Saya berdoa agar hikmat, jiwa yang tangguh dan pantang menyerah, jiwa visioner yang Tuhan berikan kepada Bapak, dapat juga saya miliki. Sama seperti Elisa meminta urapan Elia, demikian kerinduan saya akan roh kepemimpinan yang membara dan semakin kompeten akan dialirkan Allah melalui setiap karya yang Bapak hasilkan.
